In this Implementing SAFe training, attendees will learn how to utilize the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to lead a Lean-Agile transformation in their organization.

Through this course, they will have the chance to become certified as a SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) and Agile Coach, enabling them to teach and certify others in SAFe courses.

The course will also address how to implement SAFe in an organization, transitioning from traditional product development to a modern Agile and Lean method.
