This SAFe for Hardware course provides an in-depth understanding of how to apply SAFe’s Lean-Agile principles to the hardware product development environment.
Designed for leaders, managers, and team members working in hardware-intensive industries, the course focuses on overcoming the traditional challenges of hardware development by applying the SAFe framework to accelerate time to market, improve quality, and enhance collaboration across teams and departments.

SAFe for Hardware equips professionals in hardware-producing companies with the tools to apply Lean-Agile principles and thrive in today’s fast-changing market. This course focuses on enabling teams to deliver innovative, high-quality hardware solutions while managing complexity, long lead times, and strict compliance requirements.
Participants will explore foundational Agile mindsets, values, and principles, tailored specifically for hardware development. They’ll learn to design for change, allowing hardware systems to evolve in response to market shifts. The course emphasizes incremental specification of solutions, frequent system integration, and continuous collaboration across teams and suppliers.
