Prerequisites

Anyone who will be a part of an Lean-Agile transformation is welcome in the course. However, we strongly recommend the following prerequisites if you intend to take the included (and optional) SAFe SPC certification exam.

• Five or more years of experience from development, testing, requirements gathering, product/project management
• Three or more years experience from Agile systems engineering
• One or more Agile certifications

• Included in the course:

• Four days of high quality training from two experienced We Are Movement Trainers

•   Optional dinner in the evening on the first day of the course

• Certification exam for the SAFe Program Consultant certification (SPC)

• High quality course venue
