Live sessions and online workshops led by thought leaders and industry experts provide interactive learning experiences. Each session contains theory, cases and exercises.

You will have access to comprehensive reference materials to deepen your understanding and support your actions. 3 hours of films, the book "Expand Your Product Thinking", research papers, reference books and a digital product management knowledge bank.

You will experience seven 3-hour OnLive workshops, complemented by 3 to 6 hours of self-paced activities doing actions, watching videos, and reading reference documentation.

The program instructors

We have a dedicated team of instructors that run our ISPMA training program. Together they represent expertise in the fields of Automotive Manufacturing, Bio-Tech and Life Sciences, Electronic Manufacturing, Fin-Tech and Financial Services, IT Consulting and Services, Media and Entertainment, Pharmaceuticals, Telecommunications, and more.

But sometimes we fill up with inspiration from others. Periodically, external guest speakers are brought in like Adrienne Tan (Australia), Ken Sandy (US), Rich Mironov (US), and Roman Pichler (Germany/UK).

Practicle information

The Program℗ is built around weekly themes containing workshops, discussions, exercises and self studies (actions, readings, and viewing). The training is guided with modern learning tools and models.

The weekly themes are:

Week 1:  Product Growth - establishing the product as an engine for growth

Week 2:  Product actions "No matter what" - the secret sauce of product management

Week 3:  Evolve the craftsmanship - prioritization models and smart product planning

Week 4:  Orchestration - Collaborating with stakeholders

Week 5:  Get it Done  - use the new skills

Week 6:  Product Leadership - principles for successful product management

Eight cohorts per year. Two of them are face to face in Stockholm.
