SAFe® Business Owner Micro-credential is a one-day course that teaches executives and decision-makers the essentials of guiding and maintaining a successful Lean-Agile organization. This targeted training focuses on the Business Owner’s most important areas of responsibility and builds confidence, alignment, and practical knowledge without requiring pre-work.

In engaging, facilitated sessions, you as a participant will have the opportunity to explore potential success factors and sources of conflict, learn strategies for conflict management, and practice tools and techniques to improve collaboration within your organization.

This one-day course helps you as Business Owners to become powerful partners in Lean Portfolio Management, PI Planning, and the ongoing realization of business outcomes in trains and teams. Attending the class gives you a Business Owner micro-credential certificate and badge.
